Online Account

 First Time Order

   You are welcome to checkout as a guest. For your convenience, we will create an account for you when you place your first order. You will receive a secure link via email so you can create your password. We encourage you and recommend creating an account to have a better user
experience. With an account you would be able to view recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

Creating an Account

   To create an account, enter your e-mail under Register on the My Account page

Changing Username or Password

   You can change your password anytime from the Account Details tab within your Century Laser Account Portal.

 

Ordering

Price Change

    Prices are subject to change, at the Seller’s discretion, prior to delivery, in the event of any factor beyond the Seller’s control (including change in applicable laws, increases in taxes and duties, foreign exchange fluctuations, increases in supply costs, delay caused by the Buyer and/or any change to the Order requested by the Buyer) and/or a genuine mistake by the Seller.

Methods of Payment

   If you are paying by credit card a pre-authorization will appear on your card before the final amount is invoiced. Upon processing of your order, Century Laser will charge the total amount of the order to your credit card and any discrepancies in delivery charges that you were notified
about will appear.

Order Processing

   Century Laser processes online orders Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. Most orders placed during regular business hours are processed immediately. Orders will not be processed during statutory holidays. Provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with payment
verification, Century Laser will process your order within 2 business days of receipt.

   Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Items are allocated to your order only after your payment has been verified, so on rare occasions stock may change by the time your order has reached completion. After placing your order, you will receive updates via email
regarding the processing of your order.

Cancelling an Order

   You may request a cancellation of your order by contacting our Customer Service department during regular business hours.

   Once an order has been processed you cannot cancel your order, but you may return items in
accordance with our returns policy. If you have already been charged for your order and we
were not able to fulfill or complete your order, we will process a credit back to you usually within
2 to 3 business days.

 

Pickups

   We offer the choice to pick up your order in our convenient location situated in Dorval, QC. To take advantage of this service, simply choose “In-Store Pickup” during the checkout process. There are no extra charges for this option. Our address for pickup is 1464 Hymus Blvd, Dorval, Quebec, H9P1J6. Your order can be picked up after you are notified that it is “ready” however this service is only available during our regular business hours.
