Century Laser Remanufactured Toner Cartridges

●  Defective Century Laser remanufactured toner cartridges & drum units can be returned in exchange for a free replacement for up to one year from purchase, if the cartridge is found to have any manufacturer related defect.

Returnable within 90-Days of invoice date – only if unopened (Restocking fee may apply)

●  Unopened & original packaging remanufactured ink cartridges
●  Unopened & original packaging remanufactured toner cartridges
●  Unopened & original packaging remanufactured drum unit

OEM Cartridges

Returnable within 30-Days of invoice date – only if unopened (Restocking fee may apply)

●  OEM (Original Engine Manufacturer) ink & toner cartridges

Modifying / Cancelling Order

●  We suggest you call us immediately to cancel or modify any order; Emails are not the fastest way for cancelling or modifying an order. Our toll free number is 1-877-992-9993. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after shipping.

●  If you have purchased the incorrect products, simply ask for a return authorization from our customer service team and, once the authorization is confirmed, return the items to us to obtain a refund. (Shipping cost will be covered by the customer)

●  Please check your order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report it immediately to our customer service so that the order may be updated and changed accordingly. If the problem is not fixed in time and order is shipped out, customers will be responsible for the cost of resending the order.

Shipping

●  Please check order confirmation email. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. If the problem is not notified in time and the order is in process or shipped out, the order must be returned to sender to either be resent or refunded (shipping fees will be applied)

Returns and Refunds

●  Non-defective closed items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.  The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the item only*
*There will also be a mandatory restocking fee of 15% for non-defective items.

● Non-defective open items: Cannot be refunded unless return authorization is approved.*

● Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any of your returns.  In some cases, picture proof will be required to be able to complete the return process.

●  We provide RSL (prepaid return shipping label) to confirmed items within their specific warranty period, unless in special circumstances authorized by our customer service. Items must be returned within 30 days after the RSL is issued. If the RSL is not used within the 30 days after it was issued, we are not responsible to provide a new RSL; customers will be responsible for returning the items.

Defective Remanufactured Cartridges

   Century Laser offers a 1 year warranty on our products, following the date of purchase. In the case where a problem occurs during this period, Century Laser will replace or reimburse the defective product

Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to avoid this situation or any other problem will occur in the future.

In order to proceed, we will need the following information:

  1. Your client number – if you are unsure of  your number or do not have one, please provide us with any other information that will help us identify you in our database
  2. The model number of the defective cartridge as well as the serial number that you will find on the white label attached to the cartridge.
  3. Brief description of the problem you are experiencing
  4. A print sample (if applicable) in order for us to evaluate and identify the problem with precision.

*Clients covered by the local Montreal area delivery zone (limit of 45km)

Please identify the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the box and we will recuperate the package at the address indicated within a 48 hour delay.

-For the province of Quebec other than the local zone:

Please use a new GLS Courier waybill in your possession or we are able to supply a waybill by email which will allow you to return us the cartridge at our own cost.

Please include the RMA reference number on the waybill as well as the box you will be sending and contact GLS Courier or our customer service department for the pickup.
