Shipping Policy

 

We currently offer standard shipping within Quebec, Canada. International shipping is unavailable at this time. We are working on offering shipping to more domestic locations in the near future. Most products ship from our warehouse located in Saint-Laurent, Quebec.

In-Store Pickup

We also offer in-store pickup for customers in the Montreal area during business hours. Choose “In-Store Pickup” option during checkout.

Handling Time

Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process and handle orders. These times can be extended during peak seasons. Orders received after 3:00pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping times depend solely on couriers. Please refer to their policies once your order is shipped. Century Laser is not responsible for shipping courier delays.

Orders are shipped between Monday and Friday during business hours, which can be found on our “Contact Us” page. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Exceptions

Century Laser reserves the right to adjust or refuse shipping costs based on location, residential delivery, and certain remote locations. Couriers will not deliver to PO boxes.

Extra Fees/ Charges for Overweight Products

For certain large printers/ multifunctions or large format printers, customers must contact us for a shipping quote. Freight charges may be applied depending on the dimensions and weight of the machine. Customers will be notified if extra fees apply, and delivery must be scheduled. Charges may apply for residential or commercial delivery of machines requiring tailgate lift delivery if a loading dock is not present on location.
